About Us

As the name suggests, 360 Degree Underwriting dac [360] is a Managing General Agent (MGA) specialising in the provision of fully rounded insurance solutions. Operating in the construction space since formation in 2017, 360 was established in direct response to demands from our broker partners for better service and better products - backed up by empowered underwriters. The principals of the company are Paul Sherry and Tommy Byrne and we and the team at 360 are committed to meeting these demands.

Our aim is to add value in the construction space in Ireland by consistently delivering on our service promise to our broker partners, and by consistently delivering quality insurance solutions led by A-rated Insurers committed to the Irish market for the longer term. Since 2019, we have increased our capacity by 500% at a time when the market needs it more than ever.

Providing a local claims-handling and risk engineering/surveying service is further evidence, if it were needed, of our commitment to service.
